I wanted to write a quick post of the absolute worst foods out there that you need to absolutely avoid, or at the very least, extremely cut down. First off is the obvious, fast food. Just stay away! there is nothing, I repeat NOTHING, good at any fast food joint. With the exception of subway, since it is American Association certified, fast food is poison for your body.
