Hello! Just a little about myself…

My name is Anna, and I am a student at SJSU, third year. I am currently trying to get into the best shape of my life and since I absolutely hate working out (I still do it about three times a week) I DO love food and can totally work with my diet to make it healthy and still be delicious. The posts that I post are all self researched by me and tips that I live by to get the maximum benefits out of what I put into my body. Eating healthy does NOT need to be boring, bland, and un appetizing. It can be mouth watering, exciting, and scrumptious!
