So you’ve taken the giant leap to start a healthy lifestyle and you have cut out greasy, gross, non nutritious food items from your life. Good for you! You are now effectively making your life substantially longer, happier, and cleaner. You should be very proud of yourself, I sure am. However, don’t stop here! 2.) Start drinking a min of 8 cups of water a day, and add a lemon to each one!
3.) Walk to one place a day which you would normally drive to!

5.) Go on a hike!
