I wanted to write a quick post of the absolute worst foods out there that you need to absolutely avoid, or at the very least, extremely cut down. First off is the obvious, fast food. Just stay away! there is nothing, I repeat NOTHING, good at any fast food joint. With the exception of subway, since it is American Association certified, fast food is poison for your body. Next up, anything with high fructose corn syrup is a bog NO-NO. Don’t be fooled by the commercial saying that it is not too bad for you as long as it’s in moderation,high fructose corn syrup is simply not a natural thing and your body does not know how to process it correctly. It is not natural sugar, not a natural fat, and not a natural anything so what your body does is treat it as a “foreign fat” which goes straight to your hips, tummy, or wherever you get the most fat build up at. Avoid it. Lastly, one food that you should have in the smallest moderation as possible, is salt. Salt not only makes you bloated, but it spikes up your cholesterol levels, and also get metabolized as fat, causing unwanted extra pounds.
